Create unlimited forms for use in audience development, lead generation, sales or progressive profiling.

Select from any fields in your system and use flexible design elements to give the form a customized look that fits with your branding.

Assign keycodes to track responses in real time as all collected information is seamlessly integrated into the database.
You can access Forms Manager from the Home menu, it can be found as the last menu item. We will be updating our user manual shortly with instructions on how to use it
